Rules for filing complaints about goods
In accordance with applicable regulations, we are liable under the rules of the Civil Code for physical and legal defects.
Upon discovery of a defect, the Buyer has the right:
- make a declaration of withdrawal from the contract, but not when the defect is insignificant,
- demand to replace the item with a defect-free one,
- demand removal of the defect
Please be advised that, in accordance with applicable regulations, the return of goods is available only to Consumers.Returns are not available to Customers (purchase directly related to economic or professional activity).

Complaint rules:
In order to carry out the complaint process efficiently, please read the rules described below:
1.Before returning the equipment, please make sure that the product is indeed faulty.
2.Prepare the necessary documents, i.e. proof of purchase,photos of the advertised product and a detailed description of the defect, which significantly speeds up the warranty process. If it is not necessary to send the device to our service, our staff will make every effort to provide remote assistance to solve the problem and remove the defect.
If remote troubleshooting proves impossible a claim number will be assigned, which should be placed in a prominent place on the package.
You should send as complete a set as possible with accessories in order to more effectively diagnose the fault(possible possible damage to the charger,handle, etc.).
3.Goods should be carefully packed to ensure safe transportation and prevent further damage.
4.The courier of the shipping company should be ordered independently at the expense of the guarantor,company Termipol.
5.Sending back the equipment is equivalent to knowing the above rules.

After repairing the equipment is sent back by DPD shipping company-if personal collection has not been previously agreed.
Rules for returning goods:
1.In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer is obliged to inform the Seller of his decision through a clear statement.
2Please send back or give us the item immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of the withdrawal from the contract. We also ask you to pack the goods carefully before shipping.
