The temperature sensor is designed to measure the temperature inside meat and similar articles. It can be used to measure the temperature of other foodstuffs where there is a need to measure in depth. It is made of special acid-resistant steel approved for use in measuring the temperature of foodstuffs. The sensor is resistant to grease and hot water. The maximum application temperature is 120 C.
