The flow sensor is designed to read the flow of water or other liquid with a flow rate of 2 to 45 L per minute. High sensitivity allows for the detection of even small liquid flows. The sensor sends a corresponding pulse signal. Made of stainless steel, water turbine and Hall sensor. When water passes through the turbine, the turbine shaft moves. Its speed changes with different flow rates. The Hall sensor sends a corresponding pulse signal. It can be used for water heaters, automatic water dispensers mounted on a 3/4 inch pipe or other industrial automation projects.
When water flows through the flowmeter body, the impeller shaft is moved - the sensor generates the corresponding X pulse signal (specified in the technical data). The number of pulses is proportional to the water flow rate. Thanks to the meters, the pulses can be converted into user-friendly values such as milliliters, liters, liters/min.
This set allows for the measurement of liquid volume. Example: filling tanks with 1.5 l of liquid each tank.
