Submersible Pressure Water Sensor PS-B-02-010

This water pressure sensor is submerged. The pressure exerted by the water on the sensor is transmitted in the form of a voltage signal (0 ~ 10 V). Hydrostatic pressure is directly proportional to immersion. The sensor is designed for use in fuels (diesel, gasoline) as well as in water and high temperature liquids (up to 400°C). The sensor's capillary is made of stainless steel SS 316L. The signal of the measured liquid pressure is transmitted through a tube to the sensor, which is located in an external, hermetic housing. This avoids contact with the measured liquid, allowing it to be used in liquids at high temperatures and fuels.

Application

Dedicated meters for sensors are: meter/regulator MG14 with four alarm relays and a large display and panel meter/regulator SD8V with two alarm outputs from Termipol. Thanks to the connection of the measuring result display devices and the sensor, it is possible to continuously control the level using one sensor. The sensor can be used in water, e.g. in a well.

Example of application with pressure sensor and MG14 meter.

Step 1

Set the input signal type Sn = 12 (0~10 V) → see instruction point 3.

Step 2

Set the minimum display value for the minimum input signal value PUL (we will set the display value for 0 V e.g. 0).

Set the maximum display value for the maximum input signal value PUH (we will set the display value for 10 V e.g. 200).

Example of application with a pressure sensor and an SD8V meter.

Step 1

Setting the type of input signal 1nP = 0_10 (0~10 V) → see instruction point 1.

Step 2

Setting the minimum displayed value for the minimum input signal value FL = 0 (we will set the displayed value for 0 V e.g. 0).
Setting the maximum displayed value for the maximum input signal value FH = 3000 (we will set the displayed value for 10 V e.g. 3000).
