They are used wherever liquid level control and regulation is necessary (e.g. water, oil, etc.). The sensor has two floats equipped with a magnet, which move vertically along the guide tube under the influence of the buoyancy force of the liquid, causing the contactor to close or open. They are usually mounted in the bottom or cover of the tank, so they can be used to control the lower or upper level of the liquid. By changing the position of the float, the function of the contactor is changed from closed to open.
The design of the sensor does not allow for connection of mains voltage 230V, so it is recommended to use AFR1 relay with built-in safe voltage source 8VAC for powering the sensors.
Sensors have a magnet mounted on the float, which, when rising, causes the contact switch contacts located in the tube body to close or open. Sensors can work as NC - normally closed or NO - normally open. We obtain a change of mode of operation by turning the float by 180°.

Maintaining the level of liquid in the tank at any levels, high and low, using the AFR1 relay available on our other auction. The AFR1 relay allows both the activation of the actuator (e.g. pump, solenoid valve) and the supply of two sensors with a low control voltage.
