The regulator performs the functions of a panel indicator (version V) which allows for precise control of measured parameters in industrial processes. The purpose of the device is to work with sensors with voltage or current outputs. Thanks to the use of the SD8 meter, it is possible to quickly convert the signal to the values needed in production, e.g. units of length, height, pressure or rotational speed. The device has a self-tuning function to the input signal range (autocalibration). The meter has a built-in sensor power supply (24 VDC).
The device allows to convert the readings to convenient units for the user. The universal panel meter allowing cooperation with sensors and measurement of such quantities as: Voltage (V), Current (A), Power (KW), Number of revolutions (rpm), Frequency (Hz).
The scaling function allows for the conversion of the input signal to corresponding sizes.
Example:
Using the hydrostatic liquid level sensor series PS the output signal changes within the range of 0 - 10V. The meter allows for the conversion of the values read from the sensor to any declared values, e.g.

Built-in relay alarm outputs allow for controlling selected devices in case of exceeding the set values of measured quantities. The large, clear top display and the auxiliary display provide convenient operation and clear indications.
