NA1 Control Module

Ready-to-use device designed for precise temperature maintenance. Installation does not require electrical knowledge. Just connect the sensor and the actuator (e.g. heater, aggregate) to the control output and start working. The set includes 1 sensor with a solid plug. The module includes a proven temperature regulator NA8810A+.

Temperature Regulation Method:

The applied regulation method is (ON-OFF) switch on/off with adjustable hysteresis. They are used both in refrigeration devices and installations and in heating processes.




Heat Mode (Heating)

Example:
Set temperature (SET): 80.0°C,
hysteresis (h): 1.0°C
In Heat mode (heating) the controller starts heating when the T1 sensor temperature is lower than the set temperature - hysteresis [SET-h], and stops heating when the chamber sensor temperature is higher than the set temperature + hysteresis [SET+h].

Cool Mode (Cooling)

Example:
Set temperature (SET): 2.0°C,
hysteresis (h): 1.0°C
In COOL mode (cooling) the controller starts cooling when the T1 sensor temperature exceeds the set temperature + hysteresis [SET+h], and stops cooling when the chamber sensor temperature is lower than the set temperature hysteresis [SET-h].

Sound temperature alarm

NA8810A+ regulator has a function of signaling the temperature exceeding the set T max value and below T min.
For parameters:

  • U52: Delay for sound temperature alarm
  • U53: After power supply, delay for the first alarm signal (0=function disabled).
  • U54: T max Value that is added to the task temperature causing a sound alarm if the upper limit is reached: T read >= T set +U54
  • U55: T min Value that is added to the task temperature causing a sound alarm if the lower limit is reached: T read =< T set +U53
