The temperature sensor is designed for measuring the temperature inside meat and similar articles. It can be used for measuring the temperatures of other food items where a measurement in depth is necessary. It is made of special acid-resistant stainless steel approved for use in temperature measurements of food items. Sensor resistant to fat and hot water. Maximum temperature of use 120 C.
