How to Calibrate the MG14 Panel Meter with a 4~20 mA Hydrostatic Sensor?

For example, the MG14 liquid level meter and PS-02-420 sensor in a tank with a height of 180 cm. Enter the alarm menu and hold the key for 3 seconds. Then enter the password to change the calibration settings

Step 1. SIGNAL TYPE

Set the input signal type (4 mA-20 mA)

Step 2. INPUT SIGNAL CONVERTER (scaling the signal from the sensor to the level value in cm)

Set the values for the minimum sensor signal (4 mA = 0 cm)

Set the values for the maximum sensor signal (20 mA = 200 cm)

Step 3. VALUE CONVERTER - GRAPHICAL DISPLAY (scaling the value in % to the height of the tank)

Set the values for 0% minimum tank (0% = 0cm) 

Set the values for 100% max tank (100% = 180cm)

Step 4. SETTING ALARM VALUES (optional)

Set the value for the low alarm (low alarm will activate below the value of 20 cm)

Set the hysteresis value for the low alarm (low alarm will turn off when the level rises by 20 cm to the AL value)

Set the value for the high alarm (high alarm will activate above the value of 180cm)

Set the high alarm hysteresis values (the high alarm will turn off when the level drops 10 cm from the AH value)

The AL (low alarm) relay will turn on below the 20cm value (), and turn off above the 40cm value ( + ).

The AH (high alarm) relay will turn on above the 180cm value (), and turn off below the 170cm value ( - )
